Returns, Refunds & Payment Disputes

We want you to be happy with your order and always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently.

 

Returns (physical products only)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please email us at support@blankinside.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Items remain your responsibility until safely received by us.

Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Faulty items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

 


Colour Variation Disclaimer

Some inks (especially vibrant or fluorescent colours) cannot be accurately reproduced on screen, so there is likely to be some discrepancy between colours in product images and real life. Slight colour variation does not qualify as a fault.

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process this.

 


Undelivered Parcels

Tracked Shipping

If your tracked parcel does not arrive, we will work with the courier to investigate. Refunds or replacements may be offered once the courier confirms loss or delivery failure.

Untracked Shipping

Orders sent via untracked shipping are uninsured and provide no delivery confirmation.

Because of this, untracked orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements in the event of loss or non-delivery.

 


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or PayPal dispute, Blank Inside will provide proof of despatch, fulfilment, and the customer-selected shipping method.

By placing an order, customers agree that fulfilment is defined as successful dispatch to the address supplied at checkout.
