Shipping policy

We pack and despatch all orders with care from our studio in Bristol, UK. We do our best to have your order despatched within one working day (same day when possible).

Currently we are only offering postage to the UK (mainland), via Royal Mail.

Blank Inside is not liable for delivery issues resulting from missing or misspelled addresses, so please double check this when you place your order.


Estimated delivery times (from despatch)

Depending on which delivery option you choose, Royal Mail gives the following estimates:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day, including Saturdays (not guaranteed)

Please note as we also need time to fulfil and despatch your order at our end, you should add up to one working day to the estimate Royal Mail provides, to ensure you receive your cards on time!


Free delivery

Free delivery is offered when you purchase 5 cards or more. If this option is selected, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Use your tracking code sent to you by email to follow your parcel (Royal Mail tracking: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item)



Courier responsibility

Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail, it is in the hands of a third-party carrier. Unfortunately sometimes this means that delays in receiving your order, or problems with lost or damaged deliveries, are out of our hands.

That being said, we'll do our very best to resolve a situation with delivery - so please get in touch with us if something's not right.
